We apologize if you were not satisfied with our product or service. Please know that we only want to provide you with a great shopping experience!
We have a 15-day return policy. Please return the item unused, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it within 15 days from the day it was delivered. If it has been more than 15 days since you received your order, we cannot process your return. You are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. *Sale items, custom tees, personalized tees and gift cards are not eligible for return.*
Refunds (if applicable)
We only offer partial/full refunds (if applicable) for defective or damaged items because of our error. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email about the status of the refund. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs (non-refundable). If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. The amount of time it takes for the credit to be applied back to your account is determined by your financial institution.
Because we only make most of our tees after purchase, we only exchange (if applicable) for damaged or defective items because of our error. If your purchase arrived damaged or defective, please email us a quick photo within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will make it right. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If your order was marked as a gift and not shipped directly to you, we will email you a credit for the value of your purchase.
If you received a gift purchase, please email us if you have any concerns about the item you received.
If you are purchasing an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your return.
