Where does my order ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by us from South Carolina, USA.
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship (RTS) tees are shipped in 3 business days from purchase. However, most of our tees are handmade-to-order and ship in 10-14 days excluding holidays and weekends. Custom orders, pre-sale or limited release tees will have different lead and shipping times which will be noted in the product descriptions if applicable.
When will my order arrive?
We ship via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping times average 3-5 days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
How will I know what is going on with my order?
You will get email updates until your order is delivered. If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at email@example.com
What are the care instructions?
To ensure the quality of your tees, please wash them inside out with cold water in regular or gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low. DO NOT iron directly on the design.
I'm not in love with my tee; how do I return?
Oh no! We are sorry that you don't love it because we want to make you smile!
If this if your FIRST TEE from us, please send us an email and include the following in the subject line: FIRST RETURN - ORDER #. Don't forget to tell us your name & the reason you don't love your purchase. We'll make it right!
